Mongolian singer Enji has returned with her new single, ‘Ulbar’. The track is bittersweet and introspective, and captures the unique feeling of realising that the joy of new experiences is balanced out by the acknowledgment that previous experiences might no longer feel familiar. It'ssonically warm, with the slow tempo and Mongolian folk influences merging with an improvisational, lounge jazz feel. She explains: “I often miss out on sunsets, because my mind is still racing in the pace of the day. Not long ago, I watched an ‘ordinary’ sunset, following every color and their shifts - always blending, merging and inviting others. The colors melted from gold into amber, as if the sun was cooling down.
